What does your Sole Occupancy Guarantee mean?Sole occupancy means when you rent a property from Downtown Military Living, the entire space is yours. No roommates, no sharing, just your own private, comfortable space to relax in and make your own. Do you want a roommate and have one in mind? That can be arranged as well!
I very much enjoyed staying with the DML unit. They were very on top of things and always available to help and work with us. The place was clean and up to date with TVs and appliances. If I ever have the opportunity I will 100% stay with them again!

Overall, DML is great! The apartment space is high quality, in good condition, and clean. The apartment is fully furnished with quality furniture and kitchenware. The front office staff is also awesome. They’re super professional, helpful, and timely with responses. I highly recommend staying through DML for TDY folk in the San Antonio area!
